Welcome to vanconvention.ca, the official site for Vancouver Convention 2026, October 16 to 18, 2026 at the Vancouver Convention Centre. Using this site means you accept these terms.

Tickets

Tickets are sold through our ticketing partner. Checkout happens on their platform and their purchase terms apply to the transaction. Prices are in Canadian dollars. Ticket questions, transfers, and refund requests go to tickets@vanconvention.ca.

Event changes

Speakers, schedule, and program details may change. If the event date or venue changes, ticket holders will be notified by email at the address on their order.

Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the site, attempt to break it, or access accounts that are not yours.
• Do not scrape, copy, or republish site content without written permission.
• Do not use the site to send spam or misleading messages.

Content and marks

The Vancouver Convention 2026 name, logo, and site content belong to the event team or are used with permission. Third party names and marks belong to their owners.

Communications

Signing up for updates means we may email or text you about the event. Every message includes a way to opt out. See the privacy policy for details.

Liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, the event team is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that cannot be waived.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
